SKILLED METALWORKING

Over the past few years we have been making various items with 20g copper sheet, riveted, brazed and soldered. Mostly stills for aromatherapy and the home brewer, these have

proved very successful. 

Other designs include candle sconces, lighting, ornamental bowls and olde worlde artefacts. Sheet lead is used to weatherproof and decorate birdhouse, dovecotes and post caps, again a plumber’s material. 

While the MIG welder carries out repairs and small fabrications, usually in conjunction with timber to add that medieval effect. The possibilities of making projects with all these materials and skills is only limited to the imagination, please send a drawing if you have an idea, I will gladly try to cost it.
